No service! 40 minutes 913 wife daughter went into branch to open an account. 3 people working in cubbies who help customers.
One or 2 other customers were there.
I came in 2 minutes later asked a man in one of those cubbies who I talk to to open an account. “Have a seat in front and someone will call you”.
25 minutes later my wife went and asked . They told her have a seat in front and someone will come out and call you.
We waited another 10 minutes and then left the branch- without anyone calling us.
I put money on my o parking meter repeatedly. While I was in the brink I downloaded the app to my phone. Had trouble and spoke to someone in online banking. Who helped me. I told them I’m in the branch over 30 minutes and nobody is helping us. She said she will report it.
I previously had unpleasant experiences with this branch and instead go to the branch on sheepshead bay road. There they give excellent service.

Very bad customer service!Yesterday I went to the Brighton Beach bank branch to open an account. It was around 2 pm. Inside at that moment it wasn't crowded at all. Someone was at the bank cash desk and one older man was sitting in the hall. I just wanted to come and ask. I went to the staff opposite the bank cash desk. And then one of the women answered me very rudely in Russian: Why are you standing here (in the original language: "Chego vy zdes' stoite"), sit down and you will be called. After that, I lost the desire to be there and after some time I left the bank premises.On the same day in Manhattan, although already in another bank I was kindly invited to the office, had a pleasant conversation and provided professional customer service. A different professional level, culture, etiquette. There is a very big difference in attitude towards customers in Manhattan compared to Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.I'm asking the management of this Apple Bank to pay attention to the behavior of your staff at your Brighton Beach branch.

Extremely rude and unpleasant women behind the counter. They shouldn’t work there if they are so miserable all the time. Terrible customer service, filled with attitude and no desire to work. They did not give me the money I requested from my own account because “there’s a shortage of money”. How does a bank not have the money I worked to put into my account?

My person of color mother arrived to this bank and waited 15 mins for her turn. A white lady who came for just 5 mins was able to access her account before her. Tells you all you need to know.
