I appreciate the shorter wait time for a teller, relative to BOA.
Though be aware, they won't change money denominations for you, if you don't have an account. They used to, but not anymore.
They don't want to put up a sign notifying people.
They prefer you wait on line, and when you get to the teller, they tell you they won't service you.

Today, I went to the Flushing Bank on 186 Montague St to close out my lease security account. There is a lock on the account but Cindy and Valentina helped me to get an approval from the right department. They were very busy with other clients but were able to help me to get an approval right away. Very happy with their service. Will come back in the future to open personal accounts.

I visited the bank today to check my account balance and inquire about international ATM fees. Every time I come here, it’s a pleasant experience and a chance to learn something new.

I got charged an overdraft fee for payments on the account. After paying it and the overdraft fee up to a positive balance, I was charged shortly after 5 x overdraft fee for the amount of 175$. All for payments that were made after moving the account to positive balance they were not made on negative balance. They started to deny my statements and forced me to pay all the fees and close the account for no reason. Also the workers were rude. I highly recommend to move to other banks that treat you better, and don’t charge overdraft fees for no reason. I love capital one.

If I could rate them a -5 I would !! If you are black do not go here , they will accuse you of doing fraud. However if you’re a Mendel you are good. The bank teller Treasure Gordon is horrible! I received a check and when I went to get a withdrawal that day to go about my errands, they denied me. Treasure takes the withdrawal money out, I showed her my passport and instead of handing me my money she’s looking through my account. She asked me for my drivers license as if my passport wasn’t valid enough. However I give her my id, she says nothing . Gets up walks out without saying a word to me, and reports me to the branch manager who was just as incompetent and rude as her. They do not follow their own bank policies which states you can withdraw on the third business day when you deposit a check!! I will not frequent a bank with a manager who think it’s appropriate to tell me, how much is too much to withdraw from my own money . They wouldn’t say that to the Jews in the area but because I’m black , I was told my withdrawal amount was too much. I was denied the physical cash in my account and then they tried to freeze my account . It was my son’s birthday so they impeded me from doing what I needed to do!! I had to contact the customer service via phone and make a complaint. Once the check was confirmed and verified to be legitimate , my account was unfrozen however the branch offered no apologies . I was treated as a scammer and to think I wanted to open a business account here but I will not put my value my wealth in a bank that thinks because I’m black they think it’s impossible to have money . Regardless of their polices, to ensure there is no fraud , the way I was handled was highly disgusting and shows a lack of training and a lack of customer service skills . Instead of Treasure trying to inform me of what she was doing or how the bank policies work, she’s moving in silence and acting like she was Sherlock Holmes and she found a case . Walks off silently to go to the branch manager , instead of being forthcoming and saying “mam I have to verify this withdrawal with my bank manager” at least say something instead of treating me like a suspect ! I worked in companies where I myself had to do authorizations but I never made the customer feel less than a valued customer. Again if you’re black avoid this branch at all cost !! They are very prejudice and discriminatory

Very bad customer service. So bad I started using the atm in the lobby which is an inconvenience because it is always out of service.I can’t afford to have my hard working money be held hostage. I am taking my business elsewhere.I would have given 0 stars if I could. I am currently outside the bank writing this review

Apple Bank was welcoming and more than willing to see if they can be of service to you or to enquire about if you need any help!! The banking service was quick & hassle-free!! I also enjoyed using their ATM!!

The Apple Bank are Robbers And Thief in broad daylight. Customers, do not walk into The Apple Bank. You are going to lose the few cents and pennies that you have. Take heed, as God is my Witness. It is better that you live from hand to mouth. You do not need a Banking Institution to live to Seventy Years Old. Just today, they stole Two Hundred Dollars from a Wire Transfer that I sent. The girl that call herself The Assistant Secretary call me into The Bank and told me in front of another person that her department took the money for fees after I paid them two different sets of fee to sent The Wire Funds that the person have not receive after Seven Weeks. And the rest of the mony is deposited in my Account. lol. COVID Thief's are on the lose. GLS.
