I went in to make a wire transfer from my account to another country and they told me its 40.00 and they charged me 800.00 in converting fees which they did not tell me about it alto I asked if there are other fees. And don't want to do anything about it. stay away from this bank.

Awesome customer service... I'm out of town and Azra, a customer service expert, helped me with an out of town deposit into my Brooklyn Apple account., Azra assisted with answers to my questions and once the transaction was deposited, she was kind enough to call me to let me know. Great experience.

My account was recently hacked and it was a real horror. A universal banker at the 16th Avenue branch named Diana Cudjoe came to my rescue. There were many layers to unravel, but she was thorough and patient and professional. I am very grateful for her help. Definitely five-stars!

Don't use they hold your money hostage. Put cash in the atm and won't clear till the next day almost 24 hours later when it says on the ATM that it will be available following the deposit timeline. Which for cash it says is available right away. For some reason the ATM machines are stuck in 1900's

bad customer service. generally very unpleasant to do business with apple bank. the App is very buggy and randomly locks you out. When there's an update -you can only update app by deleting it and reinstalling it. checks take forever to clear.Update Oct 2021: they updated their app and it is MUCH better now, they also installed new modern ATM machines which work much better, they deserve 4 stars now

This bank is in contempt of court. Although I am the administrator of my deceased mother's estate, Apple Bank at 1575 50th Street, Bklyn, NY refused to release her funds to her estate. Unfortunately, my mother had a guardian in her life. Apple Bank has stated it he guardian has to write me a check - not the bank. Although I am the Administrator, and must collect the funds, Apple Bank is IGNORING the Court Certificate in violation of Federal and State law. I believe that Apple Bank is helping LCG under United Guardianship to STEAL money. This is an effort to STEAL money by the guardian's parent company, LCG, and Apple Bank at 1575 50th Street is assisting in the misdirecting of my mother's funds.
