Great branch to open an account. All the staff are welcoming and caring, especially Ms. Lidia, who guided us through every step from opening the account, ordering checks, to ensuring we had full access to mobile banking. Her detailed assistance made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.

Avoid frustrations and avoid this bank (company). They are antiquated. If you forget your password online and call them, they will ask you to authenticate 6-7 things in successions like: bank account or social security number, then your drivers license, birthday, the branch that you opened the account, the latest transactions but not just the amount but the exact dates. If you say, I transfered 1000 monthly from Citibank, they will want the exact dates. If I have no access to the account, how would I know that? And online, if you want to change your password, they ask you to match the address of a location that you used to live in from 35 years ago.
This company is a dinosaur. Try transfer money to another country, it would take like weeks.

Carina bell - The assistant manager is the nicest person that you would want to assist you with your banking needs.i have been using Apple bank for approximately 8 years and I look forward to going to this bank - partly because of her - she is knowledgeable and is always helpful and very friendly. The bank itself is a lovely corner building and is kept very nicely. In my interactions with ms Bell- she is always looking out for my best interest - which I really appreciate . When my CD’s mature she has a lot of patience to explore the best rates and avenues for me to take. She is non judgmental and just such a lovely person to deal with . I feel very cared for and looked after with my banking needs .I would recommend using Apple bank if you reside in Clinton Hill or Fort Greene- it’s truly a lovely experience. Apple bank need to change policy for changing coins. I went with $50 in coins and was asked to put my account number on each pack . They were packed in two and five dollar packs. This should never be done , exposing your account to be hacked just for changing coins . This bank need better policies it’s 2023. The manager states the number is taken after but how many people will see my account # before that.

I have been with Apple Bank since April 2020. I do transactions at many of their branches; mostly domestic wire transfers. About a week ago, I visited this branch and was serviced by customer service supervisor Melina Aguilar. She was very polite, and informative. I was surprised to see that she was a supervisor, being so young, but her professionalism explained it all. Ms Aguilar after noticing my frequent transfers, streamlined my template details to make future transactions faster, and smoother. She also informed of other services and benefits offered by the bank, that would be advantageous to me. I have been to more than 20 branches in the past 2+ years, and have never received the level of service, competence and appreciation given by this impressive professional. I would certainly recommend anyone to Apple Bank because of her.
