I recommended this branch by my relatives for opening accounts. When I walked into the branch, I saw that only one customer was being helped by a teller. I sat down in the waiting area to get help with opening new accounts, but nobody paid any attention to me . The was only one employee sitting at the third desk looking at her computer. . Then a man came out of the teller area and asked the woman a question . She began speaking to him aggressive and raised her voice. I continued sitting and waiting , but no one acknowledged me . After the man returned to his station the woman went into teller area and began speaking loudly and aggressively to the employees there. No one offer to help me. Because of this behavior, I decided to leave the bank. I don’t feel comfortable opening any accounts at this branch

I had to visit this Apple branch today for tax information on my account. Initially it wasn't accessible. But the assistant manager Dersie Hornedo took the extra step and was able to retrieve my info for me.

I had the pleasure of coming in to the Bensonhurst branch of Apple Bank and see Dersie Hornedo the Assistant manager who was extremely professional and efficient. She took the time to address my concerns and answered all my questions with the upmost professionalism. I give her a 10 star. If you had the option I would choose 10 stars. I highly recommend anyone to go in to the Apple Bank and see her. Excellent service.

I’m a customer of Bensonhurst branch more than 10 years. Almost 5 years I have always have help from customer service representative Alla Fuks. She is so responsible , helpful and honest. Always smile. As per her advice I opened an annuity accounts. If I able rate her not with 5 stars but with 10 I will. Thank you again

I visit the Apple Bank branch on 86 St in Bensonhurst every month. Sometimes, I come with my elderly Mom. This branch is never crowded and the staff are always very pleasant and provide seating for her. I would especially like to thanks Alla Fuks, who is an extremely helpful and a nice lady. She always helps to solve any questions related to the account. She is professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Alla, so much!

My father and I were today assisted by a personal banker named Alla.
She was patient, efficient, thorough, and absolutely helpful. She answered all of our questions in a professional, yet compassionate manner. She was attentive and made us both feel seen and heard.
I would highly recommend working with her to any current or prospective client of Apple.

Visited this morning to order personal checks because i misplaced the one i had.chines women left last cabin was rude her attitude was very dry and unpleasant like she is working for some US security agency. I placed the order and when i done I received a call from my wife that check books found so dont order. Turned back and told her that please cancel the order since we found 3 books of checks. The whole process from order to cancel was les then 3 minutes, but oh man you hat a total car crash she showing me attitude like a cashier at 99c store. She was like breading hard and moving her head side to side she was like so upset i was worried that she going to start shouting. I have no idea how she got this job and surprise if Apple Bank dont have any employe training program or any CRM Customer Relation Management memo comes up every week. Apple Bank Corp need a special attention to her attitude.all she can do speak proper english that is the only skill so far i can see
