By far the worst Apple Store you can go to. I went in to get my phone fixed and it took 30 minutes for the staff to even retrieve my serial number. The person helping me, Amanda was completely lost and didn’t even help me list out any of my options. Instead I was essentially pushed to purchase a new phone and couldn’t even retrieve my old phone to consider going through insurance since they “ship the phone out” within 10 minutes apparently.Additionally, Omar was horrendous. He was rude, sarcastic and very avoidant in his service. I was told by him to wait to get this issue resolved but instead he went around gossiping with his colleagues and wasting my time until I’d leave.Cute store to hide a lot of shadiness.

I had an appointment for my computer at the genius bar yesterday. Brought my baby because breastfed babies go where their moms go. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time, which wasn't a big deal, but the baby got hungry so I scoped out my options for spaces to feed him in your store...Option A: Tall stools where my feet don't touch the ground. Option B: Small stools currently occupied by people participating in a coding lesson. Option C: Couches over by the iPhones. I left my computer with the guy servicing it and went over to the couches.Within 45 seconds, one of your employees came up to me and told me that you don't allow "food or drink" in that area of the store. She told me I'd have to move elsewhere. I told her that it's a breastfeeding baby, it's not like he can spill. Still, she insisted, I would have to move. WHERE?! Try and balance on a stool where my feet don't even touch the ground? Interrupt a coding lesson? I went to get my computer back from the genius bar area, and the guy servicing it agreed that I wouldn't be able to feed the baby on the couches. So I left, with a hungry baby and a dead computer. It’s worth noting that I was completely covered wearing a nursing cover, but even if I hadn’t been, it’s a baby eating! And it’s 2024. I later learned that Apple’s actions were illegal; you are legally allowed to breastfeed anywhere where you are allowed to be, with the exception of a moving vehicle.

I am writing this review to thank Marco from Apple Williamsburg.2 days ago April 11th I went to Apple to ask how to use MacBook Air and my new iPhone 15 Pro. I am technologically challenged because I haven’t really needed to use computers since I graduated from college and started to work for my employer 16 yrs ago. All my student yrs I felt confortable with navigating PC with all the functions, but I never used MacBook and 16 yrs is a long enough time away from computers to become technologically challenged.Marco is extremely knowledgeable and has the patience of gold :) I am deeply thankful to Marco for showing me how to use my MacBook Air and iPhone 15 Pro.Marco also informed me that there are free classes everyday to show how to use Apple products. It seems like something I should try.From now on I will do all the Apple shoppings at this Williamsburg location.

came in to buy a new M3 Macbook air. Everyone was so nice and appreciate their patience and knowledge. Also, a beautiful location. Really enjoyed the ambiance, the brick walls, and the high ceilings. A lovely design and great architecture.

I made appointment for battery replacement for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Appointment was set at 3:15pm March 13, 2024. Finally at around 3:30pm Apple agent Jack came over and checked and said that due to newly installed stolen protection feature I have to wait for another hour and I did and when one hour passed he said he was leaving for lunch and another agent Khakim took over. And I waited by 5:30pm and was informed that they tried but could not replace battery because it may damage face id sensors and others and that’s why i will have to send it to repair by incurring great amount of expenses Which is not worth doing it.So, I’m so much disappointed with apple overall since they must inform me in advance battery replacement may cause other damages to other parts and therefore those parts must be replaced as well when I was making an appointment on apple support for this specific purpose: battery replacement! It’s so unprofessional and awful : by informing me in advance would save my long waited time and money I lost while waiting from my work.Very poor experience with apple overall!

The quality of apple products has gone down significantly over the last 10 years. Bought a $3000 mac here that immediately had problems. A computer repair company told me to start buying windows again

Not sure why I walked in on a Saturday trying to buy AirPods and your store associates (it was not that busy in the store) want me to make an appointment for next Tuesday to make a basic purchase. I mean this location is always ridiculous, but it’s probably time to train your store front workers to do more than stare at their iPads or into space and do something like sell things to customers. Crazy idea.
