The managers at the location are all very incompetent and rude , they allegedly stole my package that I forgot at the store 10 minutes before closing, they claimed that no one saw it, and on top of that they are telling me that such a big store has no camera footage that they have access to . They need more training on customer service and need to have available camera footage in case of emergencies

Customer service is terrible! Rude to say the least. It's my second experience of this behavior. I will refrain from using names as that is stooping to the level I've experienced. It appears that i will need to find another store for my business.

This past Saturday, I Visited the AS location at Pitkin Avenue in Brooklyn. I must say i enjoyed myself immensely. Not only did we (the customers) received a warm welcome as we entered the store by the manager on site, Ms. Esther, we were also invite to indulge in some tasty treats prepared and displayed on a table topped with a beautiful floral arrangement. We were served by Ester and the other staff members who took turns in sanitizing their hands and serving us these tasty treats. To top it all off we enjoyed a beautiful fashion show which showed case some of AS fabulous designer wear. Thank you so much for encouraging us to come back again. It is always a pleasure to walk in the doors and be greeted by Esther’s lovely voice and her charming smile!

Nice clothes. The staff was very welcoming when I came into the store. They had a nice sale going on. I'm so glad there is still an actual store you can go into for plus size clothing. It's not a huge store but they have the clothes and accessories laid out well.

Ashley Stewart store. I went there yesterday to buy outfit for my birthday. The store was very clean. The lady that took care of me she was very nice she helped me to pick out a outfit and I would definitely shop there again.
