I will never step a foot in this location ever again. I come in weekly to do my grocery shopping. I Waste more than $100 dollars each time. Not only do the workers be looking you up and down like you’re a criminal even with a receipt in hand! I have purchased a ton of expired fruit, meats & produces from this place and have never said a thing. The employees under this location are no good for business. You have lost a loyal customer due to lack of professionalism in your store. I rather travel 1 hour away to get my groceries. At least the workers are professional, kind and respectful and I never have to deal with expired old produce/products. I don’t recommend anyone to go here. Save yourself from the worst experience. I would rate this place a - 0️⃣ if given the option.

It's better. Prices are a bit lower now but the check out!!! Oy! The check out people stare at you like you are offensive! Granted many are deeply religious and sometimes have issues with those that aren't but come on! Try a thank you. Try a smile. Went and did a big shopping and was stared at, had my food tossed at me and had to repeat my card several times. Food is ok. Check produce carefully, they put the fees in the back. I do hope when the Supermarket comes where Century 21 is this gets better or it goes. Good for now.

It’s a really good grocer. Has many varieties of different things you may need. BUT, many times I’ve been many of the items seem to have fungus on them. Such as burger buns, strawberries, peeled garlic & tomatoes. Kind of traumatised by this so i have to check everything thoroughly before buying

For the most part, I find what I need when I need it right away, little pricey but is the nearest I have. Cashiers are sometimes friendly, but for the most part, they just talk to each other, and that's not a good customer service, in my opinion, as I have been customer service manager, just as a customer is a different view maybe.

The selection is fairly disappointing. They don't carry many vegetarian options and I always find that I don't have all of the items I need for my grocery run. The prices are a bit higher than usual. The layout is not very intuitive and I find myself having to make multiple loops around the store to find anything.

I normally get juice from this supermarket. But I purchased their chicken once, packaged chicken breast and it was not good. The meat smelled TERRIBLE! As if it had gone bad, I had to throw it out. The SAME DAY I BOUGHT IT. Never again will I buy chicken or any meat here. But aside from this one issue, this supermarket is alright. The video added is not the chicken I bought, I personally just find the packaging very odd.

This supermarket is by far the worst I have ever visited. Upon entering, there are security staff stationed at the front, and while a couple of them are friendly, the older employees seem to give you a look that suggests they despise your very presence. This sentiment extends to the bakery, sandwich, and juice bar section of the store. The gazes they give you are so peculiar, leaving you unsure whether they suspect you of theft or simply harbor a profound hatred for people.Pricing: The prices here are exorbitant, making it the most expensive supermarket in the area. At one point, they attempted to sell eggs for $15 per container. Their items frequently spoil, be it fruits covered in mold, salads infested with mold, or dairy products just a few days away from expiration. They even sell expired goods! The irony is that they refuse refunds without a receipt, so make sure to keep your receipts until you've inspected your purchases. At one point, they even inflated the prices of their bags. They would excessively bag your items and charge 25 cents per tote bag. Ironically, one of the front "security" guards praised the cashier for this practice, while they were overcharging for the bags! You'll consistently come across sales on items nearing their expiration dates, typically only a day or two away. The positive aspects are that the supermarket is conveniently located for a significant portion of Bay Ridge, and the store itself is clean. However, the pricing, food quality, and the staff, particularly their "security" personnel, are utterly unacceptable. It genuinely fills me with dread whenever I have to step foot in this store. It's only worth considering for emergencies or convenience.

Cereal was open, $9.99 juice was open, cheese smells like a storage or old refrigerator. That’s one time shopping experience. Half of my groceries were trashed right away. Thank you for this exercise. You need an sanitary and food inspection for sure.??

Nice layout, but almost everything is overpriced. $12 for bacon is over doing it. Oftentimes the vegetables are near rotten, but still being sold at regular price.

The food there are def fresh. You paid for the quality of the food for sure. With that being said, the prices are higher which I get. It’s a minute walk from my home so this is the emergency supermarket when I really need to get groceries.

If you need one or two things, fine. But no matter what I need for a recipe, they are always out of something, even basic things like stock or rosemary. Produce lasts a day or two at most, I’ve just bought some carrots here that were bone dry when i opened them and ruined my soup. Bought pork here before too and next day I see that it has turned green. Yes, green. I want to like this place, but it has let me down literally every time i’ve come in. Expensive af as well, you will find food items for half the price elsewhere. So frustrating considering there are so few options in this area. It really feels like they don’t care, where else are you gonna go?
