The WORST ATT store I’ve ever encountered
I placed an order in for a new iPhone (Same day pick up/ 2 hour pick up ) and I still haven’t receive a notification to pick up my phone because nobody has processed my order and it’s the next day. I called ATT customer service to see if they can help me and no help. The number on the website either is disconnected or they don’t pick up. I went to the store to check to see why my order is taking so long, I walked in at 440pm the man automatically told me he was closed and the lady in the chair will be the last one he is going to help. Respectfully I just want my phone I have a flight to catch in 3 hours and my phone was supposed to be giving to me YESTERDAY!!!!!! I’m ready to leave ATT at this point they need to do better at this location. If something is wrong then the least this location can do it call the customer and I never even got that . I want my phone TODAY

I went to this store to pay my bill right before closing right before 7pm and payed my bill in cash. later that evening I get a notification that a purchase was made to my account. no sooner I left the store the clerk purchased a iPhone 15 case to my account. of course I can't go to the store because he locked up soon as I left. what's even crazy is I don't even own an iPhone never did. I will be getting to the bottom of this today when they ope.

This store needs to be shut down. I never want to interact with AT&T again after visiting this place. 3 visits, on 3 separate days, all at separate times, and the experience is the same. Awful.
