My Niece went to AT&T in liberty Ave to purchase a new phone and was told a price that turned out to be false. The employee Called Drew also removed several services from my nieces account without informing her this was midsleading and disappointed. This with the lack of honesty is not ok. This was dishonest and unprofessional. I trusted AT&T to provide honest information, not to take advantage of customers. I do not recommend this store.

This was my first time switching from Verizon to AT&T, and I have to say, I don't regret it. Gerald, the manager, really went above and beyond to help me with my activation, transferring my device, and adding new lines to my account. He even offered me a friendly cup of coffee when I arrived in the morning. Gerald’s professionalism and warm personality made the experience truly pleasant—he shared some jokes, and we shared a laugh while he set everything up. I genuinely recommend this location for anyone needing assistance with their devices or services. The atmosphere here makes you feel welcomed, and it’s clear that AT&T offers a level of care and reliability that surpasses both Verizon and T-Mobile combined.
