1/5 Stars - Avoid This Place at All Costs
If I could give this store zero stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and seem to go out of their way to make your experience as frustrating as possible. I came in with a simple issue, and not only did they fail to resolve it, but they also managed to waste two hours of my time with their incompetence.
The employees clearly don’t know what they’re doing—every question I asked was met with blank stares or condescending remarks. On top of that, they seem more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers. And don’t even get me started on the manager, who was just as clueless and unprofessional as the rest of the team.
To add insult to injury, they tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need instead of addressing my actual problem. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t trust them to operate a vending machine, let alone handle something as important as my phone.
Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

After so many years. N train New Utrect station still have no signal. Near complete blackouts. I feel like we are on a remote mountain in a fourth world country. How hard is it to install a cellular tower here? AT&T store staff, please let AT&T know.

The rep at the store has so much patience explains everything will check up all your questions to get u the best rates n explanations I love that store it's clean neat n has the Best customer care

I have been here multiple times. unhelpful staff. weren’t even open during business hours on wednesday this time. gave me a piece of paper with just a signature on it as a receipt. do not go here

Wish I can give it a five star review but to come down to the store 40 minutes after its supposed to be open and there’s no one there is very frustrating, if you’re not going to be there in time to open, at least have a sign saying we are running late.
