I bought a bike lock from here many months ago. When it stopped turning, the owner just gave me cash for it and didn’t even ask for a receipt.
They also fixed my bike for a reasonable price many months before that. Great customer-centered service.

Took my bike to Bike Habitat to get a derailleur adjustment since the chain kept falling off. Had to go back a second time because the mechanic didn’t set the limiting screws properly. After the second trip I was biking towards cobble hill and the chain fell off again, getting super stuck in the frame. Thinking it was time to ditch the bike, I stumble into Atlantic Bicycles and Tony puts it on the stand and tunes it up in less than a minute (at a much better price than Habitat too). Rides like a dream now, and no issues at all since. Will be coming back!

I was recommended to Tony by a friend in the firehouse, to say I’m thankful is an understatement! Tony and his mechanic are top of the line! His recommendations are spot on! For a 10 year old bike, it runs better than when I first assembled it, after 1000+ miles! It isn’t a fancy bike, but to me, it’s sentimental. They took amazing care of it, and in less than an hour, they did amazing quality work, with good quality parts. If you’re looking for a shop that will fix your bike right, look no further, this is the spot! I can’t thank Tony enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice job and quick turnaround on a rear wheel truing that was giving me fits. Also replaced my bottom bracket and improved the chainline in the process. Very happy with the work all round.

I've been bringing my bike here for repairs since 2020 and built a relationship with the owner, so I usually didn't take receipts since he recognized my bike. About 8–9 months ago, I dropped it off for new tires and a tune-up. Due to work and travel, I wasn’t able to return for a while. When I came back, the owner claimed the bike was never there and even tried to convince me I had left it on the street. He became defensive and angry, blaming me for not contacting him sooner. His reaction, lack of accountability, and refusal to show any empathy made it clear he was hiding something. I strongly believe the bike was either sold or stolen—possibly by him.

Botched a couple flat repairs by putting the tube In so it bunched up. Convenient location but that’s about all they have going for them

My tube popped near this place. He replaced it immediately and added some oil to the gears. He seemed very knowledgeable. Price was normal.
