I went to my local AT& T on 86th near 5th Ave in Bay Ridge ystrday Mon Aug 11th, and the associate that assisted me to get a new phone was one of the best customer reps that I have ever dealt with. I'm a 67 yr old senior and Yosuff was patient,knowledgeable and very understanding with me, as I'm not good with technology.Yosuff sold me my accessories, put them on the new phone and paired my old phone with the new to transfer all of the info.I had to write this review to let you know that not only did I have a pleasant shopping experience, but I want to say that there should be more Yosuffs working in every store.thank you for your help and consideration young man⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊👍👍

There were many complications involving My switching to AT&T from a company that was not cooperative in transferring the service. Abdul was super resourceful and tried out anything and everything to get the job done last night when I needed it. He is an excellent customer service professional.

Immediate and expert service. Employee handed a complicated transfer of a phone number and got us on the appropriate family plan that saved us money!! Very patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. Keeps me a loyal AT&T customer.

Go across the street to tmobile lol. Although the coverage at&t is better than tmobile, the customer service is bad enough that it is worth taking the coverage cut from tmobile.

Jibreel was quick and helpful with my iPhone trade in. He let me know all the details to get the full trade in credit and also made me aware of a promotion that allowed me to get an additional iPhone for a parent. All in all it was a smooth experience. No complaints

The associate jibreel was cool and tried his best but the rest of the staff seems way too cold. I wasn’t necessarily expecting a jubilant and happy go lucky experience but I feel that at a job like this the employees who are there to help you should be a little more pleasant and act like they care about your situation. Sadly don’t recommend that you go to this location.

I was interested in upgrading my iPhone. I walked in the store and had an amazing customer service representative help. He answered all my questions and helped me pick out the phone I wanted.

Horrible service, AT&T has dropped the ball big time. Be careful of their fine print. Their agents will lie with a straight face about their "no contract" terms and other promotions.
