Nora was super helpful when explaining my trade-in options and how to go about getting a credit for my old phone. She even adjusted the air conditioner when she noticed how hot I was after walking to the store on a very warm day.

Today I went to pay for my phone line and I wanted to be attended as soon as possible because I was in a hurry and one of those who is there told me that in an amount she attended me and left and I saw her how she took out her phone and did not answer me until she saw that someone else from outside was coming in moved and began to attend however she does not attend to me then she remembers that I was there they took me and in the end she still tells me to give her 5 stars I will not give 5 stars with that service
