I went to the store and ask them for help because my phone bill was high so I asked him can you please help me but I can bring my bill down they did not help me and I don't like the service so I had to call the operator AT&t to help me to bring my phone bill down people that was in fifth avenue they are really suck they need to do professionals Daytona professionals on 5th avenue they try to get customers to cell phones but the people are definitely not professionals you need to get a professional AT&t I can't even break my contract if I do it'll mess up my credit so I have to wait 3 years I got rip off

I went in and paid a prepaid plan, I put the hip in the phone and it worked for a good one hour after that it stopped functioning, I went back and they told me that they couldn’t do anything and that I couldn’t get a refund!

It wasn't busy and was quickly attended by a knowledgeable associate. No hassle, just straight to the point and solved my friend's phone issue. No run around or pressure which is what we all want when coming in to either purchase or replace a device. Thank you!!!

Horrible customer service. They ignored me. Too busy texting on their phones and watching adult content on their phones. When they finally helped me, they were so rude and lazy. Please shut this store down. It doesn’t deserve to exist.

They didn't attend to me at all. They told me that they did not know and that it was normal for the z fole. he will separate from the video. and that they could not. have nothing I wanted to talk. to att and they don't have any number to call in the application. but that if they stuck on their phones. laugh and laugh. they are useless. and then I imagine that when they run them. They don't know why they run them. You really are from bad to worse. but that if to charge they charge even before time.

This place was awful. A sales rep literally yelled at my mom for not understanding something, to the point that he made her cry. when told she was going to report him he began to say he did not care. I will be going straight to corporate and reporting him. His name is Joel S.

Store reps are condescending and clueless, be careful and verify anything & everything they tell you - ask for proof about any terms or deals they offer you.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the store. The representative Joel was amazing courteous and very knowledgeable. He made the process of transferring two new phones a breeze. Because of Joel I will come back to this location.
