The worst bad customer service I come to pay my phone bill & a guy is sitting there not opening the door then after he acknowledges my knocks he said “he’ll be back in 15 minutes” be back from where if your sitting there doing nothing. Then he takes another customer after I was already there before them and standing outside , my thing is if you do not want to work for AT&T & provide customer service then quit. I will never go back here ever again & im switching my phone line.

Bad service. Bad customer service you won't be able to deal with them and they won't help you even though the customer service. If you call them, whatever that's what's going on over there and I recommend you not to go there not to start with them if one of them could help me I would have changed My review

Purchased a Samsung galaxy two weeks ago, the phone is not charging beyond 44% returned to the store and was told I could not return and the store did not have a manager.

The worst service ever. I tried to ask something about my phone . The employee said system is down, but it was not true. I moved other location and they told me it was not true. She just tried to be relaxed . This location is so bad.

They stole my elderly father's money..he came to store to pay the bill..they took his $200..never gave my 77 yo father a receipt or applied the $200 towards our bill..very nasty manager..called the LOYALTY DEPT..STILL NEVER GOT THE $200 back..SO I CANCELED MY AT&T ACCOUNT..MOVED MY CELL PHONE SERVICE OVER TO T MOBILE...AGAIN DO NOT GO

The guy that helped me was extremely attentive, calm and nice. I upgraded my phone and he offered me internet air, which I accepted as it was much cheaper then what I had and he said that the speed was good and enough for me. As soon as I installed the internet and started using it it's been a nightmare, it has issues almost every day and when you call customer support they say that they only work until 4pm. DON'T EVER FALL FOR THE INTERNET AIR OFFER, IT'S A HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Instead of routing your phones to a call center, why not try answering for customers trying to reach the store and not a rep from the call center!?!?!?

Tanya, the manager, was so incredibly helpful and kind. She really gave her full attention to the task at hand. I will continue with to business at this location, with her as well.
