This is an experience I had at the AT&T store 21? Graham Avenue Brooklyn NY 11206 on 2/15/2025.
I was told I could upgrade my iPhone-15 to iPhone-16 pro max and be financed only after I paid the full balance due on contract for the iPhone 15. I paid that amount and it took crazy time but I was told later that some limit did not qualify me to do the financing for the upgrade to iPhone 16 pro max. Bottom line, I had to pay outright for the iPhone 16 pro max after being told that I could do the financing once paying the balance left on the iphone-15. If possible, I would like a refund to my account of the funds paid into that untruth on 2/15/2025.

Terrible customer service. This will be my second attempt at upgrading my phone here. Exact same thing happened a few years ago when I last attempted to upgrade at the store nearest me. As usual everyone pretends being busy while you will wait around for 10 min to be ignored and then as you are leaving they try to ask you to wait even longer. Due to consecutive years of bad customer service I will be switching providers .

As an AT&T prepaid customer, when its time for me to make payment on my prepaid account & I want to self pay @ the kiosk, there are times it's not working. And while running an errand, I stopped in to inquire about getting a new prepaid phone. Not an iPhone but an android phone as iPhones are way over my budget & none of them are lower in cost & when I inquired if they had any of the prepaid android phones those they have on display, I was told they don't get as much of those & had non available. Ridiculous! Why have those display models if you don't have any available!? How about ORDERING more of them. That's not too hard to do.

Bralen the store manager and Daniel Rocks AT&T should be proud to have dedicated employees like them I could definitely say Customer Service is on point. Keep up the great job guys!!!!! AT&T Rocks!!!!!

I have always gone into AT&T stores (never Apple) to upgrade my phones. This time I had met Edgar - who was wonderful - but when I decided to go thru with it on Monday - Memorial Day - Edgar wasn’t in so I worked with Diego. What a sweetheart! Knowledgeable and professional too. I am clueless when it comes to technical things - but he took care of everything for me. He was efficient and fast. Thank you so much for your kind service!

After calling ATT customer service, it was suggested I come to this store since it's considered a "corporate store" to return a phone I purchased during a business trip. It was well within the 14-day return policy. However, the moment I said I was doing a return after being greeted, the service turned a little hostile and filled with lies. The associate let me know it would be a $55 restocking fee which I was fine with and as she started to process it, another associate came over and said we can't return because he claimed it had a crack. I asked him to show me where it has cracks and he couldn't.

Rey and Danny were AMAZING!!!! They were both super helpful, thorough, and provided one of the best customer experiences I've ever had at AT&T after many years of being a satisfied customer. They even stayed over an hour past store closing to help me with my phone, which truly shows exemplary customer service!

Our rep Xavier was awesome. He took his time with my daughters and me. He explained everything to us. He answered all of our questions . We actually understood everything. I can proudly say that because of him I'm no longer a Spectrum customer. I AM NOW A PROUD CUSTOMER OF AT&T!!! IT WAS A GREAT experience. I wish more reps were like him. I'm also a proud new owner of the GALAXY S23 ULTRA!!!
