Walked in to get some assistance with my phone plan. I was told that only a corporate store could help, which was a complete lie. The guy at the store was just lazy.

Went here to upgrade my phone, and the guy added on the most expensive insurance without asking or informing me. The next day i saw the insurance was almost more than the monthly cost of the phone! Very dishonest. I would not go here again.

do not go here !!!! went to upgrade our phones, the salesman upgraded our plan, added insurance and other things that made our bill sky rocket, without our permission. he didn’t mention that our old phones had to be traded in. honestly disgusted at the dishonesty! did he think we wouldn’t notice ?

My experiences at this location were very poor. I went asking about an Apple Watch. The salesman Hamza failed to show me the watch or tell me anything about the watch. He asked if I wanted the watch and I said yes. BUT failed to mention color, size, or any terms and conditions. Charges me for the watch. So I asked him to open the box so I could see the watch because he failed to show me the display he had on the floor. I told him it was way too big, and this was not what I was looking for. He said I can’t return it. Mind you I’m still at the store, so I asked to help set the watch he said he doesn’t know how to, and I should just follow the steps and do it myself . After I watched him help a family for 15 minutes. He said he didn’t know how to set up the watch cause he didn’t have one. At this point, I got fed up and told him his service was horrible and I did not want the watch because he just shoved a watch down my throat so he could get a sale. Hazam called his manager speaking in another language and said he had to charge me $55 for the restocking fee. Where was this info when I was purchasing the watch? And he added a line and other things I wasn’t aware of in my phone plan which he did not cancel that brought my bill to almost $200, when I was paying $124 a month…. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

I wouldn’t go here. I went to trade in my phone, and they added a lot of options and the most expensive insurance with asking. They also didn’t enter in the trade in value correctly which caused a lot of issues later on. Would recommend going to a corporate at&t store instead.

My daughter and I went in to upgrade our 2 very old iphones. We were helped immediately by someone who was efficient and knowledgeable. He was clear about what to expect, helped us transfer our data and set up the new phones, and clarified billing questions. Within the hour we both had new, working phones - no issues! Much appreciated!

It didn’t seem like this was a real AT&T location. The man working there was on personal calls the whole time and eventually just gave me a brochure with an AT&T customer service 800 number.
