Kevin was soooo helpful! Very patient w me and my dad’s many questions about getting a new iPhone. He outlined the payment plan and trade in value of our old phones super clearly - actually doing the math on a page in front of us - which I really appreciated. He was able to transfer all our info over to the new phones with 0 issues! He is awesome!

Today I had the absolute best experience with Raza at the 228 7th avenue store. He is such an asset to ATT and really makes me change my mind over all the bad experiences I have had with ATT in the past- if you need a phone and want to be taken care of GO SEE HIM!!

The younger guy with the brooklyn sweatshirt did a great job helping me upgrade my phone! I got to hang around as the information was transferred to my new phone and witnessed how he also handles all other customers with patience and understanding— it was kinda cool to see the community that comes through to chat and just get the phone tech stuff straightened out at this little store. Also, props for having great mental math!

Thank goodness these retail places still exist. Raza and Kevin were friendly and provided an amazing experience while my family and I switched over all our devices from Verizon (which had been a nightmare). So grateful for the staff here!
