I recently went to the AT&T store on Nassau Ave as I was transferring over my phone carrier plan (to AT&T). Ray was so helpful! He had me in & out of the store in very little time and my service transfer was seamless.

Ray was absolutely fantastic in all respects. Answered all my questions, was very patient when I didn't understand some of the technology, took me through all the details in plain understandable language. I left very satisfied and, for once, like I had a real handle on my new phone and how it worked. I would recommend him without hesitation to family and friends. He was outstanding.

Ray was knowledgable, kind and thoughtful. It's not every day you get this kind of camaraderie and support walking into an AT&T store. I would happily send all of my friends and family to him. Guy that runs this store is not nice or professional, he tried charging me 3x times the price for a Sim card, cash only. aTT should investigate
