I went to the store to open 10 lines and assistant manager Yan helped me transfer to AT&T after being with T mobile for so long. Yan was very welcoming and greeted me as soon I got into the store. He provided great customer service! Now I have 10 lines with a perfect price and the cellular data is amazing! I don't regret my decision!

Just got a new phone and it refused to activate for me and the employees at the store (Wainwright and Marsha) were so helpful getting the phone activated via like a hour of phone calls. Would definitely recommend

I came in to add 2 new lines to my service and port the numbers that already existed. Because one of the numbers is on a service that AT&T owns I was told it will take several days to port the number, thus why my visit did not fully resolve what I came in for. Also was disappointed that I did not receive any incentives for opening 2 new lines.

Shady business practices, avoid at all costs. My elderly mother went in to process a broken phone insurance claim. It was three weeks before we realized something was wrong with our account. Richard, at this AT&T store, took the opportunity to add a line that entered our account into a contract and changed our unlimited grandfathered plan that was no contract. Due to us discovering this account change so late, we arrive to return the phone and reverse the account changes one day after the 14 day period. The store manager, Kaiser, was not in store, but was told by his representative Marsha of the shady line addition and still did not value our 20 year loyalty to AT&T enough to authorize a return of this device on our account. The representative MARSHA in the store offered no consolation. The representative who practice the shady act RICHARD was not reprimanded. Rep Marsha, store manager Kaiser, and Richard especially should all be appalled and embarrassed at the sales tactics used in order to gain sales commission. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau ASAP

Came in to switch carriers, and Tricia was attentive, patient and personable. The visit was easy and smooth. We also came in a few days prior to get information, and spoke to Richard, who was also very helpful and consistent. You guys are both a pleasure to interact with, thank you so much. Really glad we chose this location.

seriously, shout to Richard and Xavier, they were super friendly, super helpful and got everything i needed done in a matter of minutes. I had literally walked in so frustrated from dealing with the ATT store on flatbush and linden that i didnt think i'd get anywhere here. But Richard and Xavier truly know their positions, knowledge about their company and are amazing representatives and model employees. Stellar customer service ! shout out to these guys !

I love coming to this store, they work hard and keep the store clean. The manager and the staff did they thing to give me the best deal. I will forever refer all my friends and family to Kaiser and his team.
