The staff here are so helpful and kind. I came in a few days ago to upgrade my phone. The process was complicated due to an error made by another store. The associate who helped me was patient and very knowledgeable, so he was able to fix the issue in less than an hour! I definitely recommend this location for their exceptional customer service.

Staff is great. They're always attentive and very helpful. Last week, I was running late called and asked if they would wait for me. They waited 20 minutes from me after closing to help me solve my problem. Great job, guys.

Terrible ppl terrible service, they scammed me on 70 USD cause consultant didn’t verify transaction so i they cut my lines and same happened today when their consultant didn’t tell me that autopay was cancelled after reactivation , terrible service stay out of there get a diff provider
