I came in after having trouble transferring my phone number to another device — my original phone wasn’t working, and customer service over the phone couldn’t resolve it. When I stopped by this AT&T store, the staff was extremely helpful and got everything taken care of right away. They explained the process clearly and completed the transfer without any hesitation. Excellent service, friendly staff, and very professional — highly recommend this location!

Terrible customer service. Advertised open until 7pm but will not process a simple phone trade-in at 6:45 because “systems are down already.” Why be open until 7 if you can’t process a customer transaction at 6:45? You’re wasting people’s time making their way to you. Don’t advertise a 7pm closing time if you can’t take customers before 7pm. These lazy staff always close up early. This is stealing company’s time! Unbelievable waste of my time.
