The worst experience I’ve ever had with AT&T—hands down! I came in to upgrade a device on my business account, which already has nine devices, expecting professional and knowledgeable service. Instead, I was met with incompetence and a complete lack of customer care.
The sales representative, Lily, had no experience whatsoever and made the entire process frustrating and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the manager was no help either—giving inconsistent information about promotions, device options, and pricing. There was no effort to explain benefits, memory options, or even something as basic as color choices. It felt like they had no real interest in helping me make an informed decision.
Lily was clearly struggling through the process, and instead of stepping in to assist, the manager just made things worse with vague and conflicting information. If I could give this store less than one star, I absolutely would. The level of service here is unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere—better yet, switch to another provider ASAP!

Store associates flat out lied. AT&T website and operator said I could return a new phone I bought online to any near by AT&T store. Apparently this store does not. Poor customer service. I was told, we don’t do that here. Call AT&T and do it over the phone. Waste of time.
