A super smooth experience porting over from T-Mobile (terrible carrier now that they force you to be on an overpriced plan to trade in for an upgrade)Thomas was incredibly helpful and was super attentive every step of the way. We were able to reserve phones through the phone and had a bunch of pre-transition questions answered. Once me and my family were in the store, all of our questions throughout the process were answered super promptly and the experience could not have been smoother.

NEVER order from this store, I ordered phone from them, I have never received it, and whenever I go there or call, they say "this is not our problem, this is FedEx's problem". I had to get that phone a month ago and it was a gift for my mom, but those guys are the most IRRESPONSIBLE ones. I have not received it yet although I went to their store for more than 5 times and spent per 3 hours in every visit. They DO NOT DO REFUNDS and DO NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCTS. Nevertheless, they are trying to CHARGE me TWICE for no reason, so they can just order another phone for me and I have to double-pay. THAT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Never buy products from there, you will just loose money and neither staff nor the manager will help you. We are going to sue them for stealing money.

These guys are making problems. I ordered 2 brand new phones, we were promised to get them by the last week. But whoever I call, they do not know the problem and nobody is even trying to solve. I was wondering before why people choose T-Mobile or Verizon and nobody talks about ATT. This is why!

Unsure of a lot of the other reviews here but I had a really smooth experience. I suppose not many people know this Yelp exists so only the ones with a bad experience leave a review here? My family of four moved from T-Mobile to ATT through this store and everything was done really quickly. I've had much worse experiences at T-Mobile. The customer service was fantastic, Thomas was a great help and super knowledgeable about everything.

2/25/2023- I went to ask regarding about the new promotion, the female agent did not know anything about promotion. I had more knowledge of it than her. Perhaps I caught her on a bad day or its her part time, she was not pleasant to speak to and was not very friendly. The other agent I spoke on the phone for this store on previous day were friendly and very knowledgeable.

Rep swore up and down I will Not be charged for the Apple Watch data service or for the watch itself. 3 months later still being charged for the data and customer service tells me you have to pay for the service. Guy totally lied. Never would’ve accepted the watch if I knew I had to pay for the service. And of course they won’t let me send it back. Also, he assured he would take off the upgrade fees and never did.

I came in to the store on 86th Avenue because I was due for an upgrade, Caesar greeted me immediately, was very knowledgeable and I purchased a phone.

Outstanding customer service! Cesar took care of my needs and was very patient and helpful, pleasure dealing with him—— updateAfter 2 months and 2 bills my bills were more then double of what i was told at the store, my bill is way more then my previous carrier, I was taken advantage of as a first responder and pushed me "free" service that ended up showing up in my invoices, costing me almost double then what i was told when I signed up

Not only i came at 10:15 and both worker were inside with the door closed, opened it, as soon as they realized i had a challenge for them porting my number from sprint, instantly send me back to sprint, gave me the run around how there is procedures like i work for atnt and i should know it, dont go there if u need help, useless unhelpful and argumentative
