Purchased the screen protector program and went to get a new screen protector. Walked in and was asked โHow can we help youโ so far so good. Stated reason for visit to an older woman with gold hair in locks or braids. She looked up my account and began to explained what I need to do. In the middle of her explanation, her phone rang, she answered and proceeded to ignore any further questions. This called thrilled her. Nothing more , you are done sir. No further eye contact. I was ignored henceforth. Toast!
Rude and unprofessional. Ever read the room and know this one is that awful one; she was it! Will not recommend this store ever. Yuck! She kept talking as I walked out of the store empty handed. ๐๐

I went to AT&T store in GATEWAY IN BROOKLYN for assistance with my phone to get help with merging my accounts to firstnet and family and was there for 2 hours all to leave and have no service and had to contact customer service because the store was closed shortly after I left. The person working on my account did not know what he was doing and messed my account up. I was informed that my sim card was put under AT&T without my knowledge or permission. Now I am currently dealing with paying extra money on my bill and I have called the store several times for assistance but did not get an answer.

My phone stopped working I went to AT&T straight from work as soon as I walked in Josh took me right away experience was great Josh was amazing top tier customer service at the gateway center AT&T thank you ๐๐๐

If it was not for the employee that tended to my family, I would have only upgraded my phone. Do to the sales person Shane, being able to communicate with not only me, but also my wife as well, We were able to upgrade our entire service. He turned what is normally a hassle for me into a complete pleasure. I am happy with our choices and also greatly appreciative of Shane. Thank you and hire more people like him please. I did not feel as though I waisted my time on father's day replacing
my phone. Thanks again.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AT&T. I PAID OFF MY PHONE AND ITS STILL LOCKED,THEN I WENT ONLINE TO SUBMIT A UNLOCK REQUEST THEY WOULDNT LET ME UNLOCK IT. I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE IT SAID TO DO SO ONLINE, THEY SAID THEY CANT UNLOCK IT THAT I NEED TO DO IT ONLINE. THEYRE SCAMMERS, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU UNLOCK THEIR PHONES EVEN AFTER YOU PAID IT OFF.

I went to the Gateway AT&T store to resolve a phone issue. As soon as I arrived at the store I was being helped by Moses and then he sent me to Josh and Samir. These three gentleman were very friendly and professional. The resolved my issue and I left very happy!!

I noticed all the reps at this store to be well-trained and professional. We were seen by Chris who helped us upgrade our phones and switch over to ATT. This store is very well run. Do not bother with Verizon next door bc its an independent retail outlet with a bunch of pot heads (yes, the Verizon "authorized" retailer next door reeks).
