Bad experience asked to get my battery charged and the lady said I have to test it first . The battery tester looked hurt The alligator clips was warn . When she went to test it she said it only takes duralast battery’s basically and wouldn’t charge my battery

Disgusting customer service, called up asking for a battery change, guy says come now cause the person who deals with this is leaving at 4:15, show up at 4:05 and they say he left already.

Manager name Aisha didn’t even help at the desk first answer was go back to the store u bought. When I had call and ask if I can return any store my starter. She keep walking away and ignore when she’s been call . Don’t even have the intention to help a customer n worry about goin to lunch . When it’s juts 12:25 pm . Never come to ask for help from the manager at this store . She will send you to another store . So disappointed to my neighbor store

1- they made me install my own battery with no help but they did give me the tools to do it luckily I am handy
2- I came to replace my battery that had warranty they replaced it with a bad battery with damaged threads
3- they're always understaffed and will not do the work themselves
