Customer service sucks. They are understaff. They don't want to help. Especially the female worker.

3 of the ppl whom work there are very rude/ don't want to do their job is the vibe. One women brown skin with locs & another very slim lady drak skin. A young man drak skin with braids or locs. I do wish I had name's yet I don't so I'm leaving the best description I can. The young man was attending to us , the other woman with locs was behind the counter to his left the slim lady was on the side where the customer stands. She is standing to my right having a personl conversation with the other lady with locs 😒 very unprofessional. And the young man is chatting slightly with them here and there. Not really focused on his job nor the customer. The engery is off like we're interrupting or annoying them thier chatting session. By asking for what we want, for them to work or think just do their job. We asked for everything I'd need for a tune up. We gave him what he asked so he could look up the vehicle. I'm new to this so my male companion did the talking, he also has an auto zone account, has driven over a decade so he's familiar with the process.We said we needed everything and this is where the issue began. Asking exactly what we need again? Saying you have to tell exactly all you need for a tune up. Again we say everything. Then the lady with locs decided to start talking to us "well most ppl don't buy everything at one time an blah blah blah this is why we ask exactly what is needed rudely. This is when I decided it's time to go.
I didn't want what we had on the counter nor what they never got. I didn't want nothing they'd touched transferring that negative energy. Sometimes it's not what you say it's how you say it. I'm not a individual that believes a customer is always right. I believe respect should be reciprocal. Very unprofessional anyhoot went to Auto zone on utica. The ppl are working getting the job done and helpful. It was a totally different experience. The man there was good again I wished I'd gotten his name. A light skin mature nice looking knowledgeable man with glasses. We asked him the same thing we asked the other individuals on Foster, and gave him the information he asked same information they asked on Foster. He got everything we needed from the back except for one thing he told us that we had to get from the back of the store. They make the Auto zone experience horrible at this location and probably losing money.

Door say 7:30am for opening and the store isn't open yet.. if that's the case change your time to be accurate

Bought & was sold the wrong part. Attempted installing on site. Part was not compatible. Tried to return 5 min after purchase. Denied because package was open. Part/ package completely in tact. Money lost.
Management was completely unhelpful.

The workers barely know the job and they are very rude. I don't know anything about cars so I went to a place that was supposed to know. This worker wouldn't tell me her name but as she was cussing me out I made sure I took a picture so if u do visit the place make sure to avoid her line unless u have the patience of a monk. You're gonna need it.

Very disappointed and will not shop there anymore. I stood at register over 10 minutes. Saw associates hanging out chatting with each other and no one came to cash out. I walked up, put the 3 items at the register and walked away. I won’t shop there anymore. No considerations for customers time. Time is valuable

Tonight I had a horrible experience. One of the staff member was so disrespectful,although his two supervisors were standing and hearing his comments. Neither , reprimand him for his behavior, this is absolutely the worst customer service of all the autozone I have visited. Management needs to educated their staff on good manners and customer service. I know this behavior will ultimately cause the closure of this store.

Customer service is nice from one out of a few. I had a horrible experience there with one lady who refused to help. I won't be going back there again. Customer service is not the best there.
