The lady working there today in the middle of the day with buzzed haircut had some nasty smart remarks. I gave her my number to search up my online order for pick up, she finds it on the computer and then proceed to say what did you order. Her following question was you dont know what you ordered. She also never asked for my I.D. Asking all the wrong questions ridiculous.

I use this particular AutoZone for auto parts when I use my mechanic that I use in Brooklyn Williamsburg sometimes it’s easier to get the partier than to get them from his auto parts dealer due to time constraints and delivery. Very helpful. Staff easy returns ample amounts of parking near McDonald’s There’s a dollar tree next-door and the Staples in the same plaza so if you have any Amazon returns you could bring them there to Staples till two birds of one stone. The one thing I particularly like about this AutoZone is that they have the Hayes manuals for your cars and they have plenty of them and they only charge $14 for which is a pretty good deal for a brand new Hayes manual if you don’t know, Hayes manual is and you like you want to learn about working on your car I recommend you get one because they’re outstanding books that could help you repair your own car or truck and here they have several of them in stock.

I went in with a specific need. Two employees recommended something. It was wrong. I went in the next day and was told they wouldn't refund this thing because it was in some category. I was frustrated. But the manager understood that his people had made a mistake and he risked getting himself in trouble to refund the money and make the situation right. That's how it should be. Great job by that manager. I wish I'd gotten his name.
