I must share my wonderful experience with you all regarding the service and professionalism that was provided by B & R Electronics & A/C. I called & Dennis the owner greeted me with a smile I could sense through the phone call. I explained what was needed and to my surprise, he knew what exactly what I needed. I was very comfortable with his response. He sent over his professional A/C through the wall unit installer. We set the date and everything was done flawlessly. Dennis is a gentleman and personally handles the whole transaction. He quoted me a price, his crew came today, on time, and installed my A/C unit. They all went above and beyond. We required additional work to the walls and the installers were curteous and took pride in their work. Service like this, does not exist any longer. They were fair and I would recommend them for any of the services they offer. Thank you Dennis! It was a pleasure dealing with you and your staff. They definitely know what they are doing and they cleaned up after themselves! I had an amazing, productive day. The stressless transaction was priceless!!

I am beyond grateful to have found this company. They are professional, reliable, and responsible. Very friendly. Prices are reasonable - they saved us $600 from having to purchase a brand new AC. Fixed our current one very quickly. They deserve 10 stars! Thank you!

It was nice and honest service from the very first minute, from the first phone conversation. Our Friedrich Air Conditioner died 3 weeks after warranty expired. Dennis got a new one for us. I just called to try to set up an appointment to repair the AC in our office and the person who answered had a horrible attitude just because I told him I could not hear him over the other people in the background. He snapped at me that other people work in the office and there wasn't anything he could do about that. When I called him 'Mr Attitude', he told me to call someone else for help and hung up the phone.
He then had the nerve to call back and tell me that he could schedule the appointment but that I 'needed to calm down'. When I said 'That doesn't sound like an apology', he exploded and said he doesn't need to apologize.
I told him I would not be making any appt with him and I will happily find someone else to help.
This was clearly a man with a fragile ego and I would not advise any women to do business here.
B&R: Do not bother calling me to discuss this experience, I SAID WHAT I SAID.

First and foremost, I must commend your repairmen for their professionalism and courteous demeanor throughout the service call. They arrived promptly, assessed the issue with my window air conditioner, and wasted no time in diagnosing the problem. Their experience and knowledge in the field were immediately evident, and it was reassuring to know that my appliance was in capable hands.
Furthermore, I greatly appreciate the honesty displayed by your technicians regarding the condition of my air conditioner. Instead of pressuring me into purchasing a new unit, they provided a transparent assessment of the situation and efficiently carried out the necessary repairs. Not only did they save me the inconvenience of having to replace my air conditioner, but they also saved me a significant amount of money—$600 to be exact.

The owner and his coworker went above and beyond to deliver and install a new air conditioner same day for my residence during a heatwave. I highly recommend B&R Electronics and AC.

They provided good service and were helpful when I needed assistance making a credit card warranty claim. The air conditioner they fixed was breaking once a day before and now it's working well without fail. They also helped with the manufacturer warranty.

Great service that saved me the trip and cost of buying a brand new AC. Told me exactly what I needed to do in order to get Friedrich to send me a properly working AC even though it was outside of my warranty. I love that I was provided this option or the option to have him fix the broken one I brought for me. Definitely recommend and will come back here if I need to.

I brought my deLonghi portable air conditioner because we thought it was not blowing as cold. I thought he would check it out and call me. Well to my surprise he checked the unit and it was blowing 41 degrees exactly what it should blow. I thought to myself here is a honest man, and all he had to do was take it in and say anything. He even loaded it in the car no charge. I know found a repair service for life. If you want and honest answer bring it to him. Thank you
