I feel really lucky that I chose this pharmacy when I moved into the neighborhood. Saj and his team have always gone above and beyond to take care of me and my Rx needs- once Saj filled my order on a Sunday when I made a mistake with my meds. The staff knows me (and the rest of the neighborhood, it seems) by name, which feels very special.

Absolutely loved it here. The pharmacy team is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Popped in for my covid booster — no wait, quick and easy even as a first-timer at this pharmacy. They also had everything I needed in stock on their shelves. We’ll definitely be back.

Pandemonium. The vibe can be hyper. The pharmacy counter is in back and the pharmacists are usually helpful, if they're not having a personal conversation with the guys who seem to work front and back, while you wait. UPS is in the front, usually with a line. The regular tall guy who oversees it is always surly, no matter what. Beside him is the cash register. This area is a bottleneck for people with packages (boxes are piled high along one aisle so you can't move), sick people paying for medicine, older people addicted to Lotto tickets and taking their time to choose (why not just sell crack?). It's crowded and the wait can be long.

The pharmacy team here is so nice and helpful. They will explain to you anything you don't understand, will advocate for you to get the best deal, and are generally just efficient, a well-oiled machine. So happy to live close.

Ballard Pharmacy deserves the prize as the Best Pharmacy in Brooklyn! Saj, the owner, and his team is super professional and truly caring for their customers. They are always patient in answering our questions and helping us with options that are more cost effective. They are highly responsive and efficient too. My husband got his prescription delivered to our home pretty much right after he returned from the doctor office. We are grateful to have such a great pharmacy in our neighborhood. Thank you for providing high quality service to the community??

Ballard Pharmacy is a true neighborhood gem - the kind of pharmacy you only see in movies, where they know your name, and help you get your medication on time and at the best price possible. The head pharmacist has gone above and beyond on several occasions and I thank my lucky stars to have found this small business. I don't even live particularly close anymore but will be a Ballard girl for life!
