Disgusting branch, I want to close my checking account, but they always have many excuses not to let me close it. Recently they told me that they don't have staff to work? The worst department in America! I don’t advise anyone to go here, you will waste time and money here, and in the end they won’t help you in any way! The offices are empty in the photo, one works for 3 of them, they will completely forget about you

9:10 AM Lady at front desk apologized for shorting of staff, and they don’t have a teller.
BoA didn’t hire enough personal to accept cash to deposit into their bank?( and yes i cant use ATM because its business account without card) . More thoughts to switch to another bank.

Today we went to the Bank of America to do some business at a little after 12 o'clock without an appointment. But they were very nice. We waited for me for a few minutes and they arranged for someone to come down to us and then they patiently helped us handle the matter. I forgot her name. We are from China. The people are very nice and beautiful. Great👍

The guy at the reception didn’t allow me to use the bathroom. I am a Bank of America customer, I consider it to be very rude, bad service.

Chinese guy was so rude, no service at all. Bank of America you deserve better ppl to work. He just ordered me to put my money myself help myself. I don’t understand why you have so miserable service on States. All the processes I did myself in ATM was so slowly. Change your system make them faster. I am so sorry but your bank is full no professional.
All of them gone from front desk and its empty they just gone to second floor. So funny place never seen before.
