I had an appointment today, once I arrived they told me they were not able to help me because they did not have “system and or communication” why didn’t they cancel it? There was time and money invested to come in. I should have read the reviews.

I waited in an entirely empty bank for 10 minutes. Not a single soul there. During the middle of the day ! Either understaffed or lazy staff.

Very slow. Not the employees fault but it very short staff here and the supervisor runs and helps everyone. More staff is needed

I visited Myrtle and Waverly branch today and was assisted by Yohan. His professionalism was indeed over the top! He greeted me right away and helped tremendously with all my banking needs. He was kind and patient and made me very happy to be a customer and a banker with this bank! Yohan is exemplary and should be used as a model for new hires! Thanks Yohan! I appreciate your service! The world needs more people like you !

Insanely enough this Branch is Rarely Open!…When it is open the lines are long (one teller) as well as not having the cash denominations needed i.e.5 dollar bills! I mention this as i am a small business owner in the community and having a cash till available is necessary for my establishment! Where does one have their financial needs met if not from a BANK?!..the absolute worse.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This bank is poorly staffed. There is always one person at a counter, one person at the front entrance desk. The counter line is always long and never quick. Even when asked for more assistance the staff is unhelpful and act as if they don’t care about customer service or long lines. Someone please help this place as there isn’t another Bank of America within this area.

I see the bad reviews before me, but that definitely was not my experience.I went in on a Monday around 10:30AM and the place had only 1 client talking to a customer rep.I needed to get service from the teller who was very polite and quick.
