Bank of America is my banking institution. I've been to many all over Brooklyn but I must say the on Graham and Varet is the best for me. The workers are very professional and helpful. They never leave you sitting around for long hours waiting for assistance. They are on top of their game. Very efficient and effective, and that's why I always find myself back there to do my banking bussup. I hope they continue with the Excellent Work they do for the community.

Super shady bank. I received fake bills from a teller at this location. Be careful and double check your bills!

For the first time I felt so relaxed and so comfortable talking to the bank representative. No hate, no envy, no arrogance. Amazing. I hope it's not just because I'm lucky, for example because she is new, young and not exhausted. I hope that is due to corporation started taking care of their employees, as well as providing with personal & group therapy so they can feel good and being able to properly communicate with people. Sincere thanks to you Mitzi and her mentor is also a very nice lady. Human Beings like you give the proof that world definitely becomes better.

Horrible service at this branch. I walked 20 minutes from my house on October 31 for a simple wire transfer and they where unable to accommodate me after waiting 20 minutes in line. This is unacceptable! I specifically went to a Bank of American Financial center knowing that they can do my wire transfer but that was not the case. I'm thinking of changing banks at this point. Unacceptable and horrible service. Would not recommend this branch at all!!!!

How is one teller enough for 10 people on a Busy Friday when deposits and withdrawals are most active. It’s a completely idiotic decision. Hire more staff or close because what the point of being open???

For anyone looking to open a bank account in the US (especially international students), I would really recommend coming to BOA in 47 Graham Ave. I'm an international student who was looking to open a bank account in the US for the first time. When I visited BOA, I must say, the process was smooth, simple and very thorough. Both the manager and relationship banker, Joseph and Mitzi, really helped me and my family out tremendously. My recommendation is that if you're going to go to BOA, go early, like 9:30 early. They will attend to you and your needs pretty quick and are pleasant to work with.

I've been banking at BOA since 2016 and I was turned away by customer service rep Edna Graham Ave branch whom initially refused to identify herself, then proceeded to send me to cash an $11,000 check at a check cashing place because she had 3 clients waiting. Yes, a bank of america rep on Graham told me to go to cash a check payable to me for my disabled mother to a check cashing place. I went to this branch as a BOA customer to open a representative payee account for my recently disabled mother. I had my US passport and Social Security award letter naming me rep for my mom finances and was turned away. The check is guaranteed govt. Funds and I'm forced to pay a check cash over 200 so that my mom doesn't miss a meal today. Thank you BOA. Great customer service at the Graham branch in Brooklyn.

We made an appointment at 2:30, and we were still waiting in front after more than an hour. There were only two people walking around inside, and they had to deal with everything, including the receptionist. Very bad experience, if you want to go to the bank, I don't recommend going here, we waited for so long, they didn't deal with the guests who had reservations first, but they also received the guests who just came in at the door, making everyone wait for a long time, waste everyone's time

Had an appointment for 0900 when the manager finally comes out at 0930 to say that he is short staffed because two people called out and that it would be approximately another 30 minutes before I could be attended to. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT ?

At 11:30 am all bank tellers are on lunch and all ATM machines are out of service. There is huge line and no one works or is responsible.

I have never waited less than 25 minutes to see a teller. They have multiple windows, and employees like bank managers that clearly have the capacity to speed the traffic flow around. Yet they always only have one teller. There is also a very annoying never open Business owner booth that is never occupied. There is no point!! Part of the Benefit of small business banking we were told was we get better and faster service. However this branch demonstrates no capability or advantage to banking with BOA.I am a small business owner with Bank Of America. We have processed millions of dollars over the years with them. Today I wanted to cut a small cashiers check for one of my employees, during my lunch break. After waiting in line for 20-30 minutes I was told that their printer wasn’t working!!! There was no sign or someone letting people know they could not do one of the most common banking tasks. Instead they let you wait in line for half an hour.I was clearly upset, and the teller just kind of leaned back and didn’t know what to say. As a business owner let me tell you what to say:I’m so sorry, we will do something about that asap.Honestly I Dont want to say anything that would harm the understaffed branches current employees, the problem goes deeper. The bank needs to provide the service the advertise and maybe do something about the constant 25 minute line… like have more than one teller, have a sign that reads the printer is down or have someone let people in line know.I’m currently looking into switching banks because of my consistently poor experiences at this local branch.
