Not my favorite location. It’s in a VERY busy area of Brooklyn, and they usually only have one teller working with a line of about 10 people. If you have to use teller services here, be prepared to spend an hour minimum to get your service done.

Nia Washington was really helpful, welcoming and gave me some great tips. And as a new BoA customer, I couldn’t be happier with the service she rendered, especially since I have visited 3 other BoA branches in the past week, just trying to create an account!

Who’s in charge here? This place needs to be deep cleaned daily.I know the reviews aren’t for the workers because I’ve gone here, everyone is nice especially the Asian dude, I forgot his name he’s so nice. The ATM VESTIBULE IS BEYOND FILTHY. Anyone can gain access as the mechanism to the door is broken. I’m literally watching my back while I’m here. BOA how can you subject your employees and customers to this. SHAME

I was sent here by Bank of America dispute services to have an attachment added to a credit card dispute, because the app and website doesn't supports it.I walked all the way here and they refused to help me. All this and I am supposedly a "Premium Elite" member. The service here is non-existent while the staff chit chatted.

A bit unorganized. No receptionist to greet and helped me. I had to wait in line to see the bank teller in order to tell him I need to see a banker to open a new account for me. Then I had to wait again and when it was my turn they didn’t know if I was first or someone else was first. But after that everything went smooth and they’re really nice.

This BofA branch is just amazing! We came here 3 times and all the time Anthony and Sheila solved our problems. Yeah, it took us a bit long time, but the attitude was amazing! Thank you guys so much! You are the best

Villana and Anthony were genuinely kind and helpful. They were swamped but were never frustrated or short. Genuinely good people at a very busy branch. Definitely a better experience than the current rating would indicate.

When I was a kid, I used to play in the rain without umbrellas. But when I grew up, I started to hate the humidity and darkness every time it rains. I even became depressed when it was raining. A few months ago, I saw a Korean drama called "Hospital Playlist," where the main character loves watching raindrops. Every time it rains, she stops whatever she is doing and looks at the rain with a smile on her face. While watching the show, I thought I could be like her, who enjoys the rain. So nowadays, I try to think positively to enjoy the rainy moment and not be in a gloomy mood.

The manager (Black women) has a nasty condescending attitude. Although the bank was completely empty of customers; BOA employees were lounging around.Yet still I couldn’t be serviced and this was before anyone opened my account. I had to make an appointment for another day. My overall experience wasn’t good and makes me question remaining with this bank.

I've been a valued Bank of America customer for 15 years, so have high hopes. I walk into this branch midday on a weekday to a very long line of folks all waiting on one bank teller. A manager is there, asks everyone in the line if she can assist, but seems like all the transactions would require her to actually go help her colleague behind the enclosed service counter. Instead of doing that, she just stands around uselessly. Leading by example would be a great New Years resolution for this individual in 2022.

because of a police investigation at the train station I was late less than 10 min for my Notary appointment which was at 2:30 pm … I was denied service even the customer who had an appointment before me was not yet served… The notary agent refuses to serve me even my turn was not the next but just because I was late to say present at 2:30 pm … for 14 years with Bank of America I have never had such bad customer service but that was the first time doing a free service (Notary) which shows the reel face of the customer service … I was always welcomed at Chase bank next to my house when I notarize documents even I was not their customer … I had my wife and 2 year daughter walk half a mile to my Bank in the cold to do the notary and what happened is just made me hate the whole Bank … I know it is just a branch, but I think it is my time to switch to Chase Bank .

Never been to a Bank of America where customer service is non existent! These tellers literally give attitude to EVERYONE. They ignore you and chitchat with their co workers. The most unprofessional bank of America I been to. Wow I’m surprised how people was treated there, mind you I have a business banking account. On top of that there’s no air conditioner ** mind blown ** These tellers should be fired immediately they seem like the people that should work at dollar tree not in this professional environment.
