What is going on with this bank? During Covid closed, opened for a short period. Then closed again. Opened again for October 2022, now closed again in May 2023 with new operating hours and the doors CLOSED AGAIN!Why! I think I'll start looking for a new bank ?

this bank is not how it use to be a few yrs ago , very few personnel, long lines, 2 tellers and security guard standing outside talking to every female that passes by not paying attention to what is going on inside the bank

Cannot believe it they sucks very bad service went there around 1:10pm and only one clerk and they said to wait to 2pm so they can help you out. Very bad service , very bad service. They suck. The ATM always down.

Staff don’t wanna be there. Won’t let me talk to the notary even though I’m a BOFA customer for 5+ years. Manager came out with EXTREMELY negative attitude. Unbelievable.
