I had to make an immediate deposit at this bank. I checked the rating and reviews and it was very low. Totally unacceptable to me as a new customer. However I was welcomed, and the staff were nice including Jovanda and Shinelle. Stop in, one day, they are kind, professional and fast.

I needed money orders for african visas. I learned money orders are called cashiers checks at BOA. Bennett was great and patient with me. I had to dig out my notes. It was a smooth and easy process. In this world of atms and contactless payments, we still need in-person banking services.

The people here are absolute morons. Went for a basic wire transfer and after 75 minutes are being there (what the rep was doing this whole time is unknown to me) they told me I could not perform the wire until the next day. They swore to me I could perform the wire online and would not have to come back to the branch, but alas, they were wrong after asked them several times if they were sure I could perform a transfer this large online. After I called the manager over, he also assured me the same thing. They are running an inefficient operation with people who have no clue what they are doing. Wasting hours of peoples time.

This is my favorite Bank of America. They're instantly inviting, kind and very fast. If the line is too long they get someone else in before you've noticed and had to comment on it. There are specialists ready and willing to help you in their offices and it's nice and clean. I'll go out of my way to come here because I know I'll be treated kindly and quickly. I know it sounds weird to give a bank a review - but then just remember all those times you've grumbled under your breath and know there's none of that here.

The wait Is ridiculous. Im Just here for A temporary card the way Im waited so long I could of just Waited for my card in the mail . The Worst Experince of my life they cant even tell you how long the wait is .

This Bank of America is pretty nice. They're fast and efficient. It's also pretty clean. I never have an issue or an issue caused by someone else when I come here. It's close to my job and my go to spot for everything bank related

Made an appointment last week for today at 2:30 pm, came here and find out the bank is closed at 2 pm. I even got the text reminder an hour earlier for the appointment...what a joke. The staff walking out of the door is not even sorry about what happened, looked at me like it's all my fault and walks away. I'll go to the bank in the city for better services.
