Went in to get change. Two tellers, and 3 bankers. After waiting 45 minutes and finally being the next to be helped. One of the bankers tells a person who was in their office to go straight to the window as the teller will finish helping her.Again, there were only 2 tellers and a line iof 5 people still waiting to be helped. I allowed then to help the person but once i got to her i informed her the service was not right. As we are waiting to speak to a teller she was helped by a banker so the banker should start and finish whatever transaction they’re working on. No reason after waiting 45 minutes to be skipped by someone who was already being helped. Been a BOA customer for 11 years and this makes me question how much you respect tour clients who fund you!!!

Today I went into deposit some money and there were 3 staff members helping one customer and only one free teller which was too little for the amount of people they had to see. When I asked them to put more staff with the teller I was confronted by the workers at the entrance because allegedly yelled which was not true. I felt awful and their customer service was beyond terrible, the teller on the other hand was great and informative. I asked to enter the managers office and she allowed me to come in, as I'm going in an employee barked at me and told me not to enter. I'd advise you to add more tellers as opposed to customer service reps considering they can't do their jobs.

Had a frustrating process opening a business credit card but Michele was amazing in trying all avenues to assist in this process. The whole team here including the assistant manager and branch manager have been great in helping me get up and running.

Terrible. Understaffed. I had to make a large deposit for my boss and it took the teller 45 minutes. There were extra tellers on the floor doing nothing to aide the teller or to speed up the process. I can't imagine owning a business and using Bank of America for finances. This was not my only unpleasant transaction here.

Only two tellers working on a weekday, in order to provide above average customer service you need more than two tellers working. Unless you don't respect your customers time, whichever is typical of Bank of America.

Great experiences with the tellers here.

I've had wonderful experiences with the tellers and account managers who are knowledgeable and patient, but the bank's policy of not allowing you to come in when it's well before closing time if the line is deemed to be longer than the interval before 4pm is ridiculous. THIS IS NOT HOW A BUSINESS WORKS. Or say you close at 3:45. Ridiculous.
