Very slow. Not the employees fault but it very short staff here and the supervisor runs and helps everyone. More staff is needed

Sad that only two ATM machines available and with one of them seemingly having a glitch, in that it’s requesting the customer to put in the security code from their card, while the card is being held in the machine, isn’t an issue of immediate concern for the associates. Every year BOA has some issue with accounts being compromised, so I’d think that this would be of prime concern and that this machine would be shut down immediately.

I've only used the ATM I'm never here to speak to the tellers. I'm pretty sure the lines are RIDICULOUS because they are infamous for long lines, horrible customer service, and grumpy tellers. Anywho, the machines at this location always has money. The one at gateway mall says go find money elsewhere :-)

Well once again I am at this branch of Bank of America and I am overwhelmed by the lack of customer service that we are all experiencing. There are 9 people ahead of me on line and there is only one teller at the front desk and another teller being trained that is not really taking anyone at her window. Why are all of the customer service agents in their offices ignoring this line? The manager is once again clueless and is underperforming because she is not even checking on the status of her tellers. This branch needs a complete over haul. We need new management staff that is professional and concerned about their customers at this branch. I suggest someone from corporate headquarters visits this location immediately.

Walked in and 4 associates literally took their sweet time to not only acknowledge my presence but to stop their conversation which didn't have anything to do with their job.
