Amalia was so helpful and kind in helping me out in regards to my banking needs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I hope she is treated well there as she is a total class act.

Im so unlucky that this bank is close to my house. Horrible service and very disrespectful. The manager can't handle the pressure of being asked question as he made too many people wait on line to tell them that they have to make an appointment. Communication is key, the job is to too big for you. What a waste of time

This location needs to change their act... during COVID half of the tellers are not wearing masks, 2 tellers open with 1-2 people overseeing them while the line is around the corner. Everyone working here is either clueless or acting like a big shot... Bank of America check your locations. This sucks

They're too slow, you're gonna have to wait a long time.

I wish u could give 0 stars. Has to be the worst Bank Of America I've visited. Guy behind the counter made me wait 10 minutes only to tell me he couldn't get me a bank check. Complete waist of time.

Why would you only staff two people at your windows on a Friday... Literally have been in online for 10 mind and no movement... Horrific customer service.... Chase is looking better and better everyday.

Firstly, let's put aside the fact that Bank of America is one of the most evil corporate entities that supports the prison industrial complex as well as imprisoning immigrant children in detainment camps (look it up) Let's talk about how they care ZERO about their customers. Case and point-- the LINES at the place. They have two tellers tops... which is, apparently, their policy. After waiting for fifteen minutes and watching two tellers slog through customers (one teller went on break while I was on line) I couldn't help but think, why? Why only two tellers. There's like 5 managers, but only two tellers. Then I noticed the elderly gentleman in front of me who was struggling to stay standing. Waiting on line 15+ minutes is annoying but it's downright HARD for the elderly. Don't worry, BOA doesn't care. You know how I know? I asked. After I finished my transaction (some 20 mins after waiting in line) I finally asked a manager person (the ones in the suits) why? Why don't you properly staff your windows. His answer "it's not our policy". He went on to tell me that Bank of America is going in an more "automated/electronic" direction. so in the future there will be no tellers. Just machines. "We'll be obsolete by then" said he (direct quote). So I said, very plainly, I'd been going to that Bank for over 7 years and there's ALWAYS been two tellers. Automation is the future? Cool. But what about the present? What about the last seven years of long lines and pissed of customers. It's unfair to the customers and it's unfair to the poor tellers who have to endure pissed off customers who aren't reaping in the joys of he "automatic age" (because NOTHING IS AUTOMATED YET!) how about you get rid of the tellers when you ACTUALLY MAKE IT AUTOMATED! Just a thought. I pointed out the elderly gentleman and how this system isn't fair to him-- you're leaving some of your customers behind. "We're looking towards the future" said the cynical man in a suit. Which is customer service speak for "they'll be dead soon so we don't care about them and we just want their money." So yeah, Bank fo America doesn't care. This location doesn't care. I've had nothing but bad experiences here. I can't wait to leave this horrible bank and I encourage others to do the same. Or just continue getting abused by this corporate monster that supports imprisoning children. Keep feeding the machine gang!

The manager of this location wouldn't waive a less than $10 fee on a $500 check for a person on disability who hadn't been paid for almost 2 months!! He also had his teller row staffed with 2 people today, less than 3 hours before the bank closed for the holiday weekend. There, of course, were 4 personal bankers on the platform side to assist people with opening accounts. One person walked in while I was waiting and asked the employee who was lazing around the entrance and not providing any level of quality customer service to close one of his two bank accounts. She told him it would be a 30+ min wait (1 banker wasn't helping anyone; I had been there for 30min in line already). The only other option he was presented was to call over the phone. This bank should be completely restarted. The teller had an attitude as well. The line took almost 60min total for 20 or so people to go through it. I worked in banking almost 7 years ago and this is probably the worst branch I've ever been in out of hundreds.

Worst bank there is. About 10 people working and only 1 teller. Line is about 10 customers. I hope this is just 1 store and not a corporate policy to make you do everything online or thru atm so they can save on salaries. They are really fast if you want to speak to their "financial advisor ". But if u doing regular banking. by the time you are done, you can collect social security.

Absolutely atrocious location. I've been here for 20 minutes. There are 12 people online and a single active teller. There are employees just standing around on their phones in every corner of the location completely ignoring customers. I haven't moved an inch.

There is absolutely NO REASON why there should only be one or even two staff members working behind the counter when it is busy. The lines should never get this long.
