Thank you, Adrian. I 100% recommend him, a highly qualified employee, very attentive to details and consistent. He will solve all the issues that he can solve, those that are not within his competence, he will advise and explain how to do it. Russian-speaking, which is so in demand today in Brooklyn.

The worst customer service ever at this branch. The who I assume is some sort of manager has the worst attitude. I have a business and bank’s designed a different line for business clients and I understand there’s not a lot of customers at the time I entered but this lady with the worst voice tone tells me there’s only one line… then I gentle man asks if she speaks Spanish since she looks Hispanic (maybe Dominican or from PR) she tells her in perfect Spanish “no hablo español” to what the ask if there’s anyone who speaks Spanish then she makes a face and says I don’t know and continues her chitchat with the lady next to her, another Hispanic looking person with name tag with the logo. When it was finally my turn I explain the situation and the lady in the window was so sweet but unsure in what to do so she call miss attitude again and once again her answer was very rude.

The people here are nice; however, this location is consistently understaffed for tellers. There is almost always a line, and sometimes the wait can be 30 minutes. For a bank, the wait is shocking. For comparison, the Chase bank on 65th is always well-staffed and efficient and exudes a professionalism that this BoA branch regretfully does not possess.
