Great experience today, I just walked in without appointment, I needed assistance with my account and the young lady Isabel Martinez was amazing, helpful and attentive.

ATMs rarely work because management is too busy on their 2 hour lunches to try and refill the atms. If you do have to wait in line, bring a chair becuase you’ll be waiting for an hour. Also if you walk in and there is zero staff to be seen, just stand in front of the camera near the teller area and hopefully in 10 mins they’ll realize someone’s out there and come out to “assist”. All in all I would strongly encourage HQ to clean up shop and fire everyone working at this location. Too much money is being spent on payroll for no one to be doing their jobs effectively let alone at all.
The bank across the street is better and I would not bother with this location till it’s under new management.

I don’t wondering why they got only 1 star.Terrible service they keep you waiting at least like an hour to open new account even you already get appointments on 2 days before you get in. No customer service at front. Unwelcome customer here.

The second time in this bank, the first time the girl Hannah helped us open a debit card, explained everything and explained it, she speaks Russian. And today Matthew Kazakis helped us, he was friendly and understood that we don’t speak English well. We quickly got a credit card. I recommend them, the service is top notch. Thanks to them
