Today, 17 January 2023, I ordered for the first time, and the order was incomplete and missing an item. I reordered again, which was a simple chocolate cookie dough x 2. I received something else and missing the other order as well. How slow can one be? Why would you give me two spoons for one item? I'm so perplexed by the idiocy. I will NOT order from this location anymore! Problem solved! Smdh

Do not order ahead at this place, especially online through delivery service where they will accept your order and take your money before you get what you ordered. This place will let only people that show up know if they have it or not. I came here to pick up an order via uber eats and they were acting like every Caribbean restaurant near Flatbush Junction talking about they don't have it. I had to cancel my or delivery every time I went here. It takes a very long time for staff to tend to your order when you pick up. It's frustrating for all those on the clock. People who went there to place an order in person got what they came there for before me despite walking in after me. All those who order ahead online are placed on the back line made up in staffs heads. Stay away.

I need someone to please help me understand one thing. If this location is no longer open 24 hours a day why does uber eats allow me to place an order at any giving time. I can place an order even when the location is closed. Making me sit here for 40 mins before I realize that I'm never receiving what I ordered. Such am irresponsible mistake from both sides. Highly disappointed what a shame.

A bit of a wait. Baskin-Robbins ice cream parlor with neat decor. Tons of ice cream options. Chocolate cheeses and cream was delicious. As was the rum raisin (a little more rum flavored than usual).

I have been here many times and, as with all Dunkin Donuts, it is hit or miss. Some workers are extremely attentive and make sure they understand your order and make it properly. I usually walk out of this location fully satisfied with my coffee, with an occasional variation (usually either too sweet or not sweet enough). One time I asked for a flavor shot (unsweet) and they gave me the sweet syrup, which I find disgusting. I was late for an appointment, so I didn't have time to head back and ask for a correction. I won't say it's the cleanest DD I've been to, but it definitely is not the dirtiest.

Great place! Right near the train station, so convenient! They have tons of flavors, which all looked amazing! I got the “Very Berry Strawberry” and it was great!

On multiple occasions I've gone to this location and they never have donuts being that this is a 24hr location I would think they would have donuts. I'm very disappointed.

I needed an ice cream cake for a birthday, so I asked Google for the nearest Baskin-Robins to my location and lo and behold there was one just 2 blocks from me. I called ahead for hours of operation, the staff on the phone was very helpful, he even physically cheched the refrigerator fir me, which was very humane of him. When I got there, it was just as easy to complete my purchase, I didn't see the guy I spoke with over the phone, but he has my on going gratitude and respect.

This Dunkin Donuts is so badly run. They implement policies that make absolutely no sense. Monday, the $1 coffee special didn't work and they couldn't help me, I had to call the head office and days later still no refund. The latest policy is you can't add money to my DD card with a CC? Huh, because someone made a fraudulent charge. Well how about upgrading your system to chip-and-pin instead of inconveniencing your customers?
