A Recall CHAIN repair , an oil change , a TPM LIGHT AND AIRBAG MODULE . A LOANER CAR WAS OFFERED IF NEEDED . BUT ALL NEEDED SERVICE HANDLED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY WITHIN A FEW HOURS .
THE BAY RIDGE SUBARU STAFF WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS , EFFICIENT , PROFESSIONAL AND QUITE FRIENDLY . THOSE WHO ATTENDED ME : ADVISOR MARK , GREETER JESSICA AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS DAVID. I WAS ASKED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR FURTHER CONCERNS . THIS WAS UNEXPECTED STAFF DEDICATED CONCERN FOR MY OWN PERSONAL SATISFACTION.
KUDOS TO THEM. I MENTIONED THIS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER , MICHAEL CHIUSANO , WHO ALSO PERSONALLY GREETED ME AT ARRIVAL AND WHEN DEPARTING.
I THOUGHT THIS WAS EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER ATTENTION AND PRAISE THIS DEALERSHIP AND STAFF FOR SUCH A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
I DRIVE PAST ANOTHER SUBARU DEALER A FAIR DISTANCE JUST TO DO BUSINESS WITH BAY RIDGE SUBARU . ITS THEIR OWNERSHIP , TOM AND MANAGER CHIUSANO WHO HAVE BEEN SO GREAT THAT I ONLY PREFER THEIR RELATIONSHIP. HATS OFF TO A WELL TRAINED STAFF.

Marc is a great guy highly recommend for anything you need. For my oil change he always gets me out fast. 11/10 great guy he also did my brakes fast and a good job.

I take back my previous review last year. Things are difficult sometimes to decipher when owning a vehicle. This time they were exceptional and I will be using them for now on

My Forester is almost 10 years old. I have always taken it to Bay Ridge Subaru for service. The staff is always supportive and only do the work that is needed. My car is still running great.

I heard an unusual abnormal sound coming from the front of my 2017 outback 3.6 R. I brought it in to have it diagnosed and they found it was a bad wheel bearing on the front left wheel.. The repair was done in one day and my car is running quiet and smooth once again, great job BayRidge Subaru.

Bay Ridge Subaru was a pleasure to deal with. I just bought my first Subaru from a private sale and my check engine light came on . Turns out it was my TCV and diagnostic and repair was fully covered under warranty. All the staff was kind and courteous and I will be going back for service in the future.
