I couldn't have imagined a worse experience. My car was held hostage for 10 months while parts were backordered for work that I and my insurance company never even authorized. The team was uncommunicative, promised callbacks that never happened, and then stopped taking my calls altogether. The team, including the director of the service facility, were incredibly rude and attempted to gaslight me and make me feel bad for the issues THEY were causing. I finally was able to get my insurance company to total my car just to end this hell this service station was putting me through, and the team at the service station wouldn't even pull my car out from storage to let me get my personal belongings out of it. I ruined my pants and shoes because I had to squeeze through machinery to get to my car, and I wasn't even able to get my Ez pass out because the front doors were inaccessible. Worst experience with customer service of my life

Matthew was really great in assisting me buying my first car in the USA. Very professional, straight to the point, no frills and very enjoyable sales person. Happy of my purchase and glad that Matt was super helpful in the process.

Perfect car-buying experience! Welcoming from the start and very helpful and informative. Sarah and Frank both helped us find the car we wanted and took us through the entire process seamlessly, without any pressure whatsoever. This was appreciated since I hadn’t needed to buy a new car in over twenty years. I emphasize the welcoming part because several other places we went were barely interested in finding out what we wanted. Thanks again so much!

Excellent service!! Went there for a subaru outback and got a great deal on it. My salesman, Owais, did phenomenal with showing me the car, going over the paper work, showing the car off during the test drive, etc. Great place overall!!
