Pretty terrible experience. Blasting EDM so I couldn’t hear anything the staff member was saying. He had no recommendations and just pointed to where I can find the variety I was looking for. I would avoid this place.

I bought wine that was listed as 32.99 and was charged 37 with taxes. Not sure since when sales taxes were 15%

I can’t believe people don’t mention they only allow three people in the store. In the freezing cold dead of winter. Waited 10 minutes and left because everyone was taking their sweet time. Another gentrified waste of space liquor store.

Most of their shelved products expired years ago. I accidentally bought 2 expired bottles. The wine tasted like vinegar, tried to return it and they said wine doesn't expire even though the date stamped was from 2 years ago and the wine was foul. Never got our money back. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere trustworthy.

The most beautiful wine store I've ever been in-in fact, when I expressed this out loud, one of the customers agreed with me. They have the most canned wine I've ever seen anywhere-and I travel a lot. Customer service was on point and the prices were great. No matter where I may be in NYC, this will be my go-to. Great job!

They're lucky they don't have a lot of competition around. Extremely overpriced, a ridiculous $150 limit on cards, and after I hit it they wouldn't give me a bag unless I paid a dollar after buying multiple bottles of top shelf stuff. I'll take my business further out to avoid them.
