About Benson Carwash Services Inc
Benson Carwash Services Inc. has been trusted by customers for their good job and great customer service, with staff keeping forgotten items like skateboards until the next visit. However, some customers have experienced a decline in quality, with dirt left on cars and less consistent cleaning. While the business was once highly recommended, recent reviews suggest a drop in service standards. Overall, the car wash is known for friendly service, but some customers feel the quality and professionalism could improve.

They claim they close at 7:00 PM, but when I arrived at 6:45 PM, they refused to take my car. I drove 10 minutes specifically to use this car wash, only to be turned away before their posted closing time. It was very disappointing and a complete waste of my trip. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back here again.

It’s been steadily going down for a while. They don’t do a good job of cleaning interior or exterior. Not worth time or money.
