I ordered a probiotic that required refrigeration...I expected that the packaging would be cold enough to guarantee the integrity of the product...I received a package that was left in my hot mail box with a supposed cooling packet that had melted...not only was the packet quite hot but so was the bottle of probiotics...I brought the package in called the number on my invoice ...I explained the purpose for my call after hearing what I had to say the man's response to me was, "why did I order this product in the summer"...
