Bought suits for me and my brothers as well as a dress for my wife, even though i purchased my attire and everything from them months before my fated wedding date, they still communicated with me ahead of time on updates regarding our clothing and made sure to have everything tailored to perfection, even giving an opportunity to further tailor my wife’s dress after she lost a little bit a weight for free!

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go to this bridal shop. If I can save even one person from going here and wasting their time and money then it would have been worth it. I was scheduled to get married in 2020 and had come to this unprofessional place looking for a dress. I found a dress and made a $600 down payment on the it. Unfortunately, no-one could predict the unfortunate events that would unfold in 2020. As we all know, the covid-19 pandemic happened and long story short, my wedding was cancelled. I went back to the store and explained to them what happened and asked to be refunded my $600 considering that there was no need for the dress due to cancellation. They said they felt so badly for me and said yes to my request (both in phone conversation AND text message proof) but ended giving me the run around and stringing me along, even going as far as to say they didn't know me and whoever sent me the messages promising to refund me was a random stranger who stole their phone and copy and pasted the messages. It was unprofessional and cruel, I lost so much during the pandemic (not just financially) and while $600 may not be much to some, it's a lot to me. Furthermore, it's the principal of the matter, don't promise someone a refund and then turn around and act like you never did. Other people who I know personally told me of their experiences with this store and the unprofessionalism and DISHONESTY of the management, quality and service AFTER the fact and I wish I had mentioned to someone that I was going to this store PRIOR to making a down payment otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. They also wasted my time and money because I had travel to the store on multiple occasions where I spoke to them and they once again promised a refund only for me to come to the store and be told they don’t know what I’m talking about. I had a gut feeling when I first walked into the store but was so desperate to find a dress. I wish I had never stepped foot in that place. I am now taking them to court and hope that a judge will rule in my favor. THIS is not how you run a business and I IMPLORE anyone looking for something to wear to a wedding or special event, PLEASE, save your time, energy, money and effort and GO SOMEWHERE else. The people in this store are cutthroat and would lie to your face about anything to make a sale. I hope at least one person found this helpful.

To my surprise, this place was not as bad as some reviews made it sound to be.Got a dress for my sister, they got it to fit and negotiated on a worthy price, even gave us gloves for free, i guess they should work on their customer service but the old lady there was very patient

Judging by how much of the negatives are YEARS old confirms how you are more likely to send a review if you're mad than if you're happy/content, so i wish to help out this business by reviewing with my own experience. Compared to all the competition within the area I have enjoyed the company and cooperation of Beverly Hills Bridal and Menswear for how even when me or relatives have a problem, they are not afraid to help fix it, and their tailor is the best, $20 to fix an entire jacket? I cant be mad. When they say they will buy a new dress for you, they always will, so I am sorry but i am in disbelief that they have tried to rip off previous buyers.

I always make sure Sammie their main dress/suit tailor is there before i get anything, she always helps me get my clothes prepared and fit perfectly, I appreciate this place especially for how long its been present

Groom chose this place for convenience but based on what the rest of us were used to we knew this place probably wasn't the best to handle the wedding but he proceeded. Suits cane poorly size didn't look anything like what was selected in the brochure instead of a slim fit suit became traditional cut The measurements they took on me were about three times of size and initially they told me I'd lost weight but I told him that I didn't grow foot either. They told me that they couldn't tailor the suit because they have to return it they got me new jacket took in the pants The pants were still too big the jacket that came was still a size bigger than what I told him I needed and so the pictures didn't come out great and I end up having to spend money on a poor wedding suit which made for a poor wedding experience and memories for the bride and groom and the truth is you get what you pay for and if you have the money I would suggest going somewhere that maybe charges more but also just has service up to modern capabilities I think that in this day and age it doesn't matter if it's small-owned or been owned by a certain standard or quality when it comes to service when it comes to the product you're getting is how you decide where you patronize and this just wasn't a good experience all around never argue never yelled understood that with some of these places you just you have to deal but the truth is we paid the price and the experience that we got here wasn't good

I came here for a bridesmaid's dress and they were so wonderful! Every fitting was so effortless and there was a wide selection of dresses to choose from. The staff was so helpful and accommodating! They even gave us a few pointers. Lovely store

DO NOT SHOP OR RENT from here. I recently rented from this shop and paid almost 300 dollars for a 3 piece suit for my elderly father. He picked up the suit himself and not only did he receive a two piece suit, the color of the shirt and tie was not what we picked. They could they not admit fault, they refused to refund the difference between the two suits and acted like they were doing me a favor giving me back my security deposit that I am entitled to. This places takes advantage of elderly, women, and people of color. I urge you to support other businesses that actually respect the customers that keep their doors open.

I have to say this is the best place in all of NY . J and her mother are sweethearts that go above and beyond to help me get a dress. GD bless them both I would recommend them to everyone they know exactly what you need and are soooooo amazing.

Loved this place can’t say enough good things about the owners they welcomed me and knew exactly the dress that was perfect for me. Went to a few shops before this one and all didn’t have anything as close and as beautiful as what this store has. My dress is already in the store and they even going to Taylor it for me . Highly recommend
