DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE REVIEWS!!! They installed a faulty valve that gave us problems that we did not have before the installation. When my husband called them about it they claimed it was roots and other stuff. ANYTHING but what they would be responsible for even though we're still in the warranty period. A second opinion showed that it IS their fault. But how do you go back to a company that over charged you and did a messed up job to fix what they didn't do right the first time???? But that's cool....please enjoy the money you made one time. We will never use your service again and I will personally see to it that I make as many reviews as possible on ALL places where reviews can be seen to warn people about your service. Do better be better.

Big Apple was absolutely amazing. From the beginning with a phone conversation with Nick until his team arrived that day they were great. They were very professional and explained everything to me from the beginning to the end. When they left my house the entire area was spotless like they were never there. Thank you Big Apple you have a client for life.

Boiler service, Nick can not fixed boiler, he change good aquastat and this did not help. I told him the Gas Valve is the problem ( my electrician told me) and he did not listen. After Nick realize that the Gas Valve is the problem but I did with my electrician change the Gas valve with another plumber.Nick complain to Department of Building about me.WATCH IT - this company not professional.Service: Heating system repair

Big Apple Plumbing is the best plumbing companies I have worked with. The completed my oil to natural gas conversion is just a few short days. The handled all the paper work with National Grid (NYC Natural Gas provider), including submitting for rebate when the job was done. They scheduled follow up appointment with NYC inspectors and made sure the job pasted inspection. However, after inspection one of the tenants complained of a loud rattling noise coming a few radiators. Nick one of the plumbers came by to assess and fix the problem it took him multiple hours. He was completely patient with my elderly father and tenant he fixed the issue without additional charge. This company has earned themselves a costumer for life!Services: Water tank installation
